Ugh. Had a bit of binging…why is it so easy to gain and so hard to lose?! I am a little frustrated with myself. But overall, 5 lbs down in one month is better than gaining.

5 pounds in a month is a very respectable drop! (And according to the experts’ conventional wisdom, just about the *perfect* rate of loss as far as the weight not sneaking back.) You’re doing amazingly well!

Thanks grammalaura. I did drop 7.2 in the month but put 2 back on over this weekend. My goal is 20 more…3-4 months hopefully. I feel my best at about 140 lbs. Sitting just under 160. I appreciate your support and encouragement.

You have now the weight being eventually my target. As I am 60 and overweight 50, I shall reach the goal possibly in one year. Read too much about "starvation mode" so I think your rate of dropping weight is ideal. Congratulations
