Motivation
There is nothing more motivating then motivating others!
If you do not know this to be true, then you really should try it one day. I tried to motivate my son today to do schoolwork inspite of his pain, and together we worked so hard, i looked back and realized that i also worked almost twice as hard as i usually do.
Set the example, motivate to follow in your footsteps and price achievements.
Sometimes i see a person struggling with a way to start her weightloss journey. I know she is looking at me with an attitude like "Sure, it is easy for HER!" I wish i could wear a T-shirt with a picture on it of my former self (*lol*) That would tell them, "i'm one of you! Follow me and you will be at this point in three years!"
Hope you will find one person at one point today and either set the example, motivate or price them!
