Man what a bad eating day. Tuesdays I go to my moms for lunch but today I went for dinner too and then took her to my aunts and had chocolate there too. On my way home I realized that when I eat bad as in I don't get all my good food in I tend to look for bad stuff, which isn't what I really want. I guess my body is telling me it needs my good foods.
So I won't beat myself up for tomorrow is another chance to do better. Need sleep now. Good night.
