Weekend was very stressful, ended up hardly eating which is not how I would have choose to plan it, but my youngest was in the hospital :( I went to Belly Dance during lunch and Last Saturday I walked almost 4 miles and felt it all the way to today. I think during belly dance and stretching I popped my hip back in place lol wow
