This is the issue I have cooking for others and being so sorely tempted by my own food, I failed this evening, as you can see. This is a recreation of a sandwich I had when hungover from an artisan bakery in the lake district cumbria. Missing tomatoes and I replaced pulled pork with belly pork, basically toasted ciabatta, spicy purple slaw, rocket, few jalos, and some slices of slow roasted pork (marinated in tom ketchup, worcestershire sauce, mustard, honey, dark soy, crushed garlic and a few other bits)  

Was it tasty? Looks nice and crusty. Well done. 

I can see why you're tempted by your own food! There are definitely more unhealthy things you could have fallen off the wagon for though 

It was delicious, the meat was melt in the mouth, that 2hours cooking at 160 degrees for you, covered in foil, it looks burnt that actually from the last stage the of grilling for 5mins. Personally would have liked some bright red juicy tomatoes, and either no rocket or less, a little over powering in flavour......if I had a snack shack that would be on the menu. 

I would definitely come just for this sandwich 😂
