ok, yesterday went well after the shock of HOW MUCH the scales had increased with my weight.
ate 3 meals and 3 snacks on a 2 hourly regime.
doing the same today.
i feel like im eating a shitload of food. maybe because it`s actual food NOT JUNK such as lollies, icecream, cake , biscuits ?
went to dairy and walked out with just a lotto ticket no extra`s. so that is a plus.
not done exercise as yet. need to get cracking on setting up a circut to do around home.
overall so far so goood.
