I am just trolling...it's a 70's vege salad jello mold. Everyone posts cool pucks of meals, so I posted the most unappetizing thing I could think of. 😀

Oh I remember those. They were terrible. Jello should never be mixed with vegetables.

I haven’t seen that since the ‘70s. Color me weird … as I recall, I didn’t mind it. Tomato aspic, too.

I am in my mid 60's and am one of the (apparently) few people who like these. My grandmother always had some version/flavour of jellied salad at special meals. A couple of my favourites were shredded cabbage and carrot in lime jello and fruit cocktail in cherry jello. My dad made tomato aspic but I wasn't fond of that.
