Just started back to working out and eating right and it is hard. I have not exercised in over a month and I have been drinking liquor like a fish. All those empty calories are on my hips, butt, and thighs. I was so worried about how I would feel with my husband deployed that I didn't think about how I would feel health wise when my clothes didn't fit anymore. I spent all those months doing weight watchers and then threw it away because of depression and insecurity. I am angry with myself because this was a choice that I made. I don't blame anyone else. Now I am on the road to full recovery of ME. I haven't seen or talked to me in a while. Hi, my name is Gabby and I am so glad to meet me again.
