I definately am feeling better about my diet. I need to go to the grocery store and stock up. The only thing I think I will have problems with is "less processed foods" because I have fallen in love with South Beach meal replacement bars and South Beach frozen pizzas! And I assume that I shouldn't be eating these items on a daily basis? Oh well, at least it's not poptarts and digiorno. :-)

You'll find what works best for you. It takes a while to get rid of the processed foods, but little by little you can do it.

you are definately correct...those should only be for emergencies...make your own gronola and take it with you...make your own pizza's...but processed is a big no no...also realize that just because it says SB on the box does not mean that it meet all the criteria to be SB approved...read your labels...email me if you need help with that...it is a long process but so worth it...
