Good Morning! Thank goodness it is a sunny morning here in Chicagoland. I have been feeling under the weather lately. Food/Drink consumption shows it too. I have upped my calorie intake - on trainer's suggestion cuz of light headedness - well I went overboard. The scale showed I gained 4 lbs back! Yikes! Well, I have to get back on the bandwagon and watch my food and make sure I am getting enough sleep. I am also feeling physically tired so I think I will be taking the next couple of days off from exercising so hard. Maybe my body is just telling me that it needs time off and rest.
