Ok, gotta share. Since eliminating all processed foods from our diet, I don't crave sweets at all! We started on this journey on June 30th. Love riding my bike but this week in Houston TX it has rained almost every day and don't want to be caught out in a thunderstorm. Man, they're bad here.
Thank you everyone for your support. I know I've shared this before, but I am a HUGE Nutri-bullet fan. This product is my life support. No, I do not work for them, but LOVE the product. Drink your salads and fruits! Make the digestion easier for your body and absorption of all the nutrients is so much better for you as well. Keeps you full so you don't binge! OMGosh. So, so much happier to be on the losing side.... Only 4lbs and I'll not be obese anymore!! Makes me so happy!
