I went on a short holiday without my laptop. I ate fairly well, made good choices for the most part, worked out in almost every hotel, I even did some tread mill running but I didn't get to a computer to login on FS and I didn't journal any of my food. Mistake. Now I can't remember what I ate or when.

In a session with my personal trainer Thursday and had an emotional melt-down. I am a really healthy eater and enjoy physical fitness for the most part so I realized much of my problem is emotional. I have a HUGE problem with MY personal body image. I don't need a personal trainer or nutritionist I need a psychiatrist!

So my trainer has some cd's of Louise Hay affirmations that she wants to lend me. Seems I need to reprogram my brain. Out with the bad beliefs and in with some positive new ones. This will the tough part of my journey. I am sure it will be hard to erase 46 years of certain beliefs.
