Just a quick Hi to see how you are all doing? My diet has taken a hit since not being on here. Pretty much at my heaviest but have struggled with broken ribs and covid over the last 2 months. Got into bad habits but on a positive I have start to break them

Keep going and don't give up. It's a tough journey but worth it. I was once 100kg but through weight loss and healthy eating I got down to 69kg, granted I'm back up 72.9 but the girl is to get down and stay down, you can do this, believe you can. I like by a saying, 35 years eating everything bad, another 40 years to eat good. Stay strong my friend💪💪💪💪

Thank you cozie, it sounds like you have done amazing, it’s been a long time since I was this weight!! But I’m confident with just some sensible eating, self control and once I get back to a decent level of fitness Again I’ll get back to a happy weight then I can focus on the long term goals.
