Ok... today is 1 week since I joind the site.
For the past 2 days I have been drinking 2-3 times more water than ever before. I am at work and the inconvenience of going to the ladie's room is there, but the confidence and good feeling about loosing weight is winning! So I will keep drinking more.. and eat more food that contains water to stay hydrated.

I am on the good way... just gotta keep it like this. :)

that is soo funny, i also drink at least 8 cups of water at work a day and i get so imberassed when i use the bathroom every 5min. and there's customers in the waiting room. i feel like there thinking dang does this girl have direaha!
