It has gotten A LOT better working at the cafe. I'm taking breaks, drinking & eating like a normal human being!!
BREAKFAST = SBD protein bar
SNACK = 1 tall latte with s/f almond syrup
LUNCH = chicken salad served over a bed of greens (from the cafe- need to get their recipe for chicken salad as it was FANTASTIC)
SNACK = 1 small fuji apple with 2T of s/f & calorie free Walden Farms caramel dip mixed with 1t of peanut butter.
DINNER = SBD frozen dinner- Beef & Broccoli (YUCK) I ate a lot of it but i wound up throwing some of it away & eating & meatballs to get the strange taste out of my mouth & to fill me up.
CHEAT = 1 kiddie sized Slurpie- I took a hike with the family again & got really hot & I caved in!!
DESSERT = 1 slice of s/f chocolate cheese cake
EXERCISE = 25 min hike
