I took myself to Bob Evans this morning. Unfortunately, the breakfast royally SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!! I had 3/4 of the pancake. The turkey sausage tasted like turkey rubberbands. The egg lites were mushy and made me nauseous. So, in a nutshell, I wasted my calories (and $)on a disgusting breakfast. Oh well. On a positive note, I walked for 45 minutes today. I feel good and I love how determined I am!!!!
