I didn't get a chance to work out yesterday. I'm starting to feel a little lazy. I'm staying close to my RDI but I would like to hit it more often than not. I'm walking today during my lunch hour. I don't want to get complacent b/c then the weight will not come off. I was supposed to go the grocery yesterday and didn't make it. I need to develop a daily workout plan and stick to it. I will not fall back into old habits!!!!!!!!!!!! I will meet my weight goal. I will change my eating habits. I will maintain a healthy lifestyle!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NOT beat myself up if and when I mess up.
