I’ve more or less plateaued at 160 for 2.5 mos. fluctuating above or below. Fluctuated through November but lost a Lb. Since beginning of November. Yay! The lower I get before traveling for the holidays the less I will have to work off after. I am feeling grateful to myself for continuing on, even with setbacks, and to my body for always trying it’s best. This plateauing event has helped me tremendously with raising my awareness in how “out of control” I feel about my weight. And that when I lose some, I feel relieved like I am in control, but when i don’t, 🥺😫. But my weight isn’t in my control. What’s in my control is slowing shifting my automatic behaviors thoughts and feelings to better reflect how I want to feel, think, and show up in my life. What’s much more important than weight is my commitment to my wellbeing: my health and feelings. Now, before I step on the scale I remind myself of these things and I always step off feeling okay no matter what it says, because I know my body is always trying it’s best and that I’m committed to me for life, no matter how many times I fail, have setbacks, and have to try again.
71,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 17,5 kg.    Sisa: 1,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
