My goal for today (while at work) is to drink 3 bottles (16.9 oz. each) of water. I definitely haven't been drinking enough. I already drank one this morning. I'm also going to work out during my lunch hour today. That's one of the greatest things about having a gym right here!!! I'm totally disgusting by the time I get back, but oh well.

I would love to have a gym here!! We can walk around our building during our lunch, though. I just bought a nice pedometer and will be tracking the building to see how many times around is a mile. We can also walk around the "square" inside the building - the hall way that runs all around the edges of the building. That would be kinda weird though. People receiving therapy inside the offices might start thinking the employees here are actually the ones that need the therapy. LOL..
