I am so glad I started WW a few days ago. I didn't really give Atkins a fair shot, but I felt spending so much money on meat was not good for my wallet or my health. I notice I eat less now that I am on WW as opposed to Atkins. I haven't had a pig out moment like I did with Atkins either. I believe healthy carbs are OK, but am seriously reducing my sugar intake. No juice. I get sugars through wholesome fruits. Drinking a lot of water has also helped me. I was down to 200 lbs about a year and a half ago and now gained 60 back. I feel it when I bend over to tie my shoe! My big stomach is in the way! My knees are hurting and I'm out of breath like I've never been before walking up the stairs. I must stay determined, focused, and disciplined in order to be happier and healthier. Can't wait to weigh in on Sunday! I missed this weeks weigh in, so I'll have two weeks to see where I have gone!
