Hi everyone Today I've started all over again a bit forgetful so end up eating more than the 800 cal guideline yesterday was a perfect example ... so today I've been jotting down everything consumed .... no wonder weight loss isn't as happening ! I started with lifting soft weights manage 50 at a time ... so am trying my best moving inside the house as much as possible will see in a couple of days the fruit of my discipline fingers crossed .... thank u everyone for your support ...
