No weigh in today. Only slept for about 2 hours. Very bad, bad day. Ate yogurt in the morning and drank 2 glasses of water. Then the day just pretty much fell apart. Ate cereal twice. That was it. Walked 125 rounds on the walkway. Did not walk at the school at all. Walked around Walmart for about 2 hours. Not much of a workout there.

Just a little bit of water after that. Fell off the tracks, I guess.

Hummingbird. 3:11 of exercise 46 Vigorous 2:25 Moderate. 7154 Steps. 1594 Calorie Deficit. 2064 Calorie Burn.
