I'm currently waiting on my pedometer to get here at the moment it says its supposed to be here on Nov 29 2021 so we will see its not Fitbit but I got something that I could afford till I can get my fitbit. its thanks giving so I'm going to try and keep the 1/2 plate of veggies 1/4 fresh fruit and the other met/protein. I also have been given some legumes idk how to prep them or anything about them so if someone has recipes that I could try them with I would greatly appreciate it
