Well... today is my 4th day... I am still doing great but have cravings and only think of food. I am keeping myself busy by doing activities while off work, during weekends and in the evenings... so far so good. Rollerblading, playing tennis, walking fast, biking...
A co-worker just walked to me minutes ago offering me some yummi, sweet, delicious banana cake... I looked at her, stopped... hesitated... and simply said 'no, but thank you' and felt so proud of myself! :)))
