No bites is always good :). Hang in there. It will soon come of. Just make sure you are actually eating enough!

Well you know its not fat, so just keep going. Increasing exrcise or activity can cause muscles to temporarily hold water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. Cherries or cherry juice is supposed to help. Google 'why the scale lies" for insight.

To low on the calorie intake can stop you loose weight as the body goes into save mode. And muscles weighs more than fat! Loosing weight again can be triggered by eating a bit more in between meals, as long as you choose healthy options of course. Google 'reaching a plateau when dieting', lots of theories and advice regarding how to brake it. You might find something useful for you amongst all the info. :-)

Btw, I don't think it can be the plateau issue for you just yet. This most likely happens quite a few months into the lifestyle change. I lost 10 kilos last year, had a period of stable weight, but thereafter wasn't able to shake off the remaining 4. And then in December just lost my 'mojo' and slowly started gaining weight again... Pure laziness and not bother and eating to much... So hey ho, that's why I'm back ;-)

Oh thanx everyone! I do struggle to eat a thousand calories in this heat. I must eat a bit more. My clothes are a lot looser. So I won't fret (I'm giving that up). Thanks for all your support. Have a great weekend. Lots of love x x
