So, I have no idea how I lost 3 pounds in 3 days, but I suppose I shouldn't complain. I actually weighed myself Saturday and it said 124.8. I thought it must be wrong; some fluctuation, so I didn't record the new weight. I checked again Sunday AM, same thing, maybe different by an ounce or two. I still didn't think it was real, so I didn't record it. Just checked again this morning. It actually said 124.0, but I'm recording as 125 just in case. Don't want to get ahead of myself. I'm very happy, but also cautious. I just don't see how it's possible!
