I've got the beef. Threw a roast in the crock before work. When I got home I pulled the fall apart beef out of the crock & did a quick workout. I cut off about 30% of a wheat lavash then toasted it along with bell pepper & onion. I stacked up the roast beef, cheese, onions, peppers and made a very low carb beefy grilled cheese sandwich. So good!
