194 lbs today. Unfortunately I am very sick with a bad cold or flu (boo! hiss!). I need to work on some PM content for a program launch but I hardly have the strength or focus. In any case, I am still trying to keep my eating on point (no appetite).
My intent was to start Yoga this week but I will likely start next week because I am so unwell right now. I will sign up for a month and see how it goes for the month of September. I really want Yoga to work for me.
