Way into 40's with luggage of changes of life to carry. Surely they took form of extra weight on my body and considering that with little stretch it would be double of size me young and fit, probably load was not too easy.
Am not looking to be health freak dieting and gyming, but am determined get back lifestyle and habits I had when was in shape I loved.
Main rule: "No rules".
Any food - junk including.
Any limitations- set by body&mind, age considered.
Any physical activity counts - walk, run, sitting, gardening, cleaning, building, washing, steaming, climbing, rope jumping, ice-skating, rolli from the hill, whatever....
Main principle - every day use small part of anything stored in the body. Targeted physical activities - not mandatory until feel right ones needed.

So, let's go and see how it works! :)
