95lbs x 10 reps
135lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets (45-60 second rest intervals)

Single Leg Pistol Squat Jumps to Step (3 blocks) + Seated Good Morning:
Body Wt. x 5 reps + 45lbs x 12 reps
Body Wt. x 5 reps + 45lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets (30-45 second rest)

Stand Up on Balance Ball to Squat + Balance Ball Hip Extension:
Body Wt. for 30-45 seconds + 3 reps + 10 reps x 4 sets (45 second rest)

Alternating Pistol Squat Jumps from Step, Side to Side:
2 sets x Body Wt. x 8 reps

Total Time: 1 hr 10 min

damn that is a mean leg workout! i hate leg days. what's the goal with this kind of workout? i.e. strength/power/both? do you train for a specific sport?

Ouch! My legs hurt just reading your workout lol! Single leg squats, those are killers... Thank you for posting your workouts, they are very inspiring.

@rxavier - the goal is just go 'til it hurts, haha. The first couple exercises are more strength focused. Today with the single leg squats I added the box jump for power. Something I thought of on the fly the other night when training some clients.

@rxavier - to answer your other question, no specific sport. It's mainly overall fitness and functional training.

lol "go til it hurts" is a great goal. that's awesome man. reason i ask about a sport is when i see this level of performance i think "dude, you should really go compete in something and clean up!".
