Today is an ok day. At least I stayed on the plan over the weekend. I did give into having those strawberries and almonds that I need to limit. BUT at least it wasn't a pizza and beer that friends wanted to tempt me with! So that has to be a positive step. I went to the store today and loaded up on sugar free jello, so I hope that satisfys my sweet craving for strawberries tonight. My weight has been going up and 1/2 and down a 1/2 which is crazy but that is just me!
