Visited a friend in Santa Barbara. Did not follow my diet at all; tried for half a day and then had given up. Went wine tasting, learned that I like red Grenache wine. California is so nice if not for the fires and high prices. Really enjoyed this get away! Back to calorie counting and fall MA weather.

I know Eral! I saw it. I was so proud I recognized the French guy's wine choice. Until now I only liked Barbera red wines, so I'm so excited to have a second wine I can drink.
