Struggling my way back from a weekend of overindulgence of food and drink... I had FUN, but it shows on the scale... since I am focused and now pay attention to my health numbers, it will not be long before I'm back to where I was last week. :)
This weekend will be another tough weekend of not eating healthy AND overindulgence of adult beverages. Going on a golf outing tomorrow until Sunday. WILL BE FUN, but will require me to "moderate" my intake.

Been there and done that before. Have fun, be safe, partake in moderation if you can, then adjust when all is done. If I was golfing I'd get plenty of exercise walking around trying to find where in the heck my ball went.
