Did the Gym Sat and Sunday this weekend in between having the 3 year old granddaughter spend the night. (so fun by the way). Back to 9 hours on my feet today so no gym. Stressing at work and at home. Giving me headaches and feelings of the ickies. Worried that is why I am losing so slowly. I keep adjusting my calorie intake, when I lower it I do good for a few days and then get so tired I have to bring it back up, but i feel that the 1500 they say i need is too much and I feel huge again. AARRGG... frustrating. I just need to read more journals and see what is really working

Maybe increase your calories just a little instead of up that high, like halfway?? You seem to be pretty active as far as going to the gym, just remember your body needs calories from food to produce the energy to burn as you workout instead of storing...you can do this, your trend is downward not matter how slow you think it's going!!!

Thank you. ridding some stress and hope that helps. I do see your point. just dont want this to take forever to come off. trying to get into at least the 10's I kept in the closet. I refuse to buy new clothes...up or down till next summer

I hear ya, nobody wants to increase calories, believe me I should take my own advice on that one...play around with different things, there's something out there that will trigger it :) (my goal is 10s too!)
