This is my yo-yo diet journey. My goal weight always stays the same but just like everyone says, when you gain it back you always gain a bit more. It’s time to get back to it. Life is easy right now, so I will be able to focus on my health and well-being instead of everyone else’s. I primarily choose a low carb food plan because I see results and other plans don’t match my metabolism as well.
