Today I ate coffee, a hamburger patty, some gravy sauce, a bit (2tbsp?) and fried onions. I approximate this to like... maximum 15 carbs. if even fhat many.
Tomorrow I'll pack low carb food.
I am a tiny bit over 10 pounds away from 115
which is nooothing
If I recently can go from 131 to 125, that's 6. Which im used to. The challenge will be every pound under 120.
