Yesterday I was very good - abs, shred, swim and walk. Felt good - walked in the park and the jasmine was blooming and smelled incredible. Didn't get all my work done though and have to drive to Miami this morning so probably not going to get a lot done today - :( Seem to be drifting into an every other day pattern of working out without even meaning to. Don't like it because it's harder to pick it up again. Going to pick another recipe to try today - want to buy the other hungry girl cookbook - I love the pb banana muffins and they were so easy! Kids have half day today - which means I'll get even less done :) Happy thursday everyone!
