UGHHH.... I had a migraine on Wednesday so I didn't exercise that day. I walked 40 minutes yesterday and did a 30 minute Hip Hop Abs workout. I did go over on my calories, but not by a lot with the exercising that I did, but today I am up 1.6 lbs. It's very frustrating.
