🙋♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! Good morning! Had a bumpy road last week getting myself back into diet mode and preparing for a dedicated fall/winter/spring fitness focus! What I realized is: it's pretty easy, overall! I've done this many times :) Lower carbs did cause a restless sleep last night but I know I will soon adjust because it's moderate carbs - just lower from 200+g! LOL Put in a call to a potential personal trainer with a small gym. This week, it's doing the home workouts and food prep. It's time to truly change and it's all up to ME! ⭐Wishing you a successful week being in charge of your attitude and your efforts! ❤️
