Down another 3lbs. Yippie. You have to move your "butt" as well as eat right. This time everything has clicked for me. I don't want to be an overweigth unhealthy person anymore. Playing on our company's softball team and feels great to hit and be able to run. Everybody you can DO IT!!!! Remember do for yourself... you are worth it! You only have one life to live.
