115/73 it isn't about numbers but his time I feel I need to say. I am so happy for so many reasons that my blood pressure is beginning to be consistently at this level. I haven't seen these numbers in years. Some of course is associated with weight loss, and lot to do with my physical activity which have been increasing daily. I know am able to do a 1 hr of cardio every day, and at least 5 x a week some type of weight training. FS and friends you have changed my life! 💜 My body and I are grateful! #keepgoing
