OK so today has been tough, I took the girls to the movies and I was not prepared, I should have brought my own snacks! I did eat some popcorn. I haven't gone over on Carbs but my calorie deficit is not good. I don't know how I am going to get close on calories, but I guess I better eat a big "Low carb" dinner. Steak is almost on the grill and maybe some steamed vegetables. We will see how the calories pan out later tonight. Wishing myself good luck! check in again later!
