I can certainly identify with you. I keep losing and gaining the same couple of lb...I must admit I did eat some things I should not have this past week. I'm thinking I will count calories also, as well as stay away from things like chocolate peanut butter spread, cheetos, pizza, chocolate chip cake. :-(
