Got my vaccine jab yesterday and let's just say that it really bulldozed me. Definitely take a break from your fitness goals if you're ill. I tried fasting and it made me feel worse. However I upped my liquids.
Still proud of my weight loss though.
Also side note. I couldn't see any changes last week because of my period. So I'm definitely not going to stress myself on the time of the month
