Another day put behind me in this on going weight sturggle. I work in the restaurante buisness so you can only imagine how hard it is to stay under my RDI. It is so easy to snag a few onion rings, or grab a DEEP FRIED chicken tender and its just oh so difficult to stay away from those delicious fries! Today was tough but i did meet my goals. Only made it to the gym this morning though because i worked a double on the job. Less calories burned but more money gained. Needless to say i will be back on my A game in the gym bright and early tomorrow morning.
