Workout Update:

Morning: Did Chest this morning with drop sets. Definitely hit it good but just too much to list out at this time.

Afternoon: Did Back after work. Vicious workout as usual but I do want to note...at the end of the workout two Saturdays ago:

100 burpee pull ups in 16:49.

Today, 100 burpee pull ups in 16:22.

BOOM!

100 burpees itself is already amazing, no matter how long it takes lol! So 100 burpees and pullups... wow! You're an animal!

Yea, it was rough but after it was done it felt awesome. I was drenched though. I don't even get this drenched after a treadmill/jump rope bout. It's all about baby steps! I remember when I couldn't even do 10 let alone 100 but eventually, the body just gets better at it!

You ARE amazing... I don't do ten burpees... Well, because I said so in the morning, I did 45min weight lifting for upper body.. Happy evening, gerdik!
