Today I've decided to use my caloriecounter faithfully! It's such an eye opener to see how much I eat!!! My goal for this week is to walk 5 days. I'm going to Zumba tonight but I still want to walk for at least 30 minutes during my lunch. I'm going to get this weight off and keep it off!!!
