Bought myself a kettle bell just wondered if anyone could share their routine with one? I’m a bit clueless where to start 😆 thank you x x

Lunges, swings, Russian twist, single leg deadlift, deadlift, goblet squats, sumo squats , back rows, good mornings, etc I hope you enjoy your new equipment 🙂

If you don't fancy Utube another option is a phone app I downloaded a free KB app to my phone then propped the phone on a window sill to follow through It's - called Fitify Kettlebell It's OK for free but after a while I did pay a one off payment to upgrade it so I could customise my routines
