Today wasnt good i was off target by quite a few calories. Im not to dissapointed because i had a strong last 4 days. Starting tomorrow I plan to get back on top of things and stay under my calorie goals and ill be in the gym before work and after. just have to stay focused and stay strong week 2 is about to begin. wish me luck
