restday (understatement of the year)

The tourriders are having their welldeserved rest. Holland has cooled down a little, my weight stayed stable. I think i was due to the wrong carbs i ate yesterday, but that can no longer be helped, lets focus on today.

must shop in a minute to get the paint i need for kids room.
after that friends come over to help me take the wallpaper down.
after the friends are gone i will white the ceiling

lucky for me it is just a small room (*lol*)

after that i can finally "take" my restday!

thought for the day:
"No sitting down on your butt, the world don't owe you!"

House decorating or renovation is always something I enjoy once I get into it. I have never heard of it being used as a weight loss exercise though this is a first...lol Let me know how much you lose so I can do something similar...lol

ok: here's the exercise: do it all and do it alone an make sure you are done within a week!!! do not increase food-intake! and CYCLE THE TOUR at the same time on your hometrainer !!!! pffff, i must lose some weight with that!?
